Knoxville: Stove Re-furbish
Designer: Robert Perdziola
The designer requested that the stove and the two compartments on the top be converted into a singular bread box with a belly.
I removed the doors original to the stove and used some of the existing hardware to act as the new hinge for the bread box.
The design also specified a more ornate backsplash and a new curve in the steam bin to the right of the stove.
After construction was completed the stove was painted in the Asolo Repertory paint department.
3 Musketeers: Well construction

A lumber frame with styrofoam stones. The piece is moved about on stage with the use of UHMW sliders.
Painted by the Asolo Repertory paint department.
Cabaret: Lamp Shade
Designer: Tijana Bjelajac
The designer desired lamp shades for sconces and table lamps that matched the floor lamp pictured below. I drafted the sconce shade in 3d and then used a Prusa MK3S+ to print the desired number of sconces. After printing the shades Bill Fenner another member of the props team fabric wrapped the shades as well as attached fringe and gold piping.
3 Musketeers: Tip Chair 3d Printing
Designer: Adam Koch
The action of the play needed to have an actor step on a chair and walk over it. The chairs that were appropriate for the time period would not have survived the run without breaking.
The props team constructed a steel frame that would survive the action of the play but we needed to make the chair look more like the time period. I created a 3d spiral and other details based on the designer’s research image to help create the illusion that the chair was constructed from wood.
The chair was then sent to the paint department to paint the 3d printed elements and clad in leather by the props department.
